In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and optimal patient outcomes. Working on an Acute Rehab unit, RNs can increase their clinical decision making, assessment skills which will prepare them for career advancement opportunities in other areas of nursing, such as critical care or emergency nursing. Qualifications Qualifications Current RN License in good standing with state licensing board.Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience.
