This opportunity is for an ambitious CFO who wants to bring their expertise and skills to help build a world-class company.The RoleThe core responsibilities of this role will be to maximise the company's growth, profitability, and long-term value. This role is broader in scope than a 'traditional' CFO role and will be a key strategic partner for the Managing Director / Owner.Key responsibilities will include: - Build, lead & develop team. - Strategic planning process. - Optimise business, grow profits, fix problems. - Finance, accounts, cashflow, reporting. - Commercial, projects, risk, banking, disputes. - People, performance, recruitment. - IT infrastructure, systems, support. - Property, facilities, capital projects. - Acquisitions (incl integration).This is a significant role and will require serious ambition, energy and commitment.
