The Opportunity: As a Excess Defense Article Support Program Analyst, you ask questions others don'tYou understand the nuances of complex situationsYou use your skills to thi nk bigger and push further, solving complex problemsWe're looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safeAs a member of our team, you'll bring your consulting, analytical, and expertise to work on projects for the US NavyYou'll develop innovative solutions to complex problems to support the client's missionYou'll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies , and processes related to service and joint missionsFurther your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems in support of national securityJoin usThe world can't waitYou Have:--- 10+ years of experience in subject matter area of ship and aircraft allocation and transfer planning, with a focus on pre-Letter of Request (LOR) phase of Excess Defense Article (EDA) planning--- Experience in planning and conducting Joint Visual Inspections--- Experience with inter-agency process associated with EDA policy coordination and ship transfer legislative proposals--- Experience with EDA congressional notification package development and disclosure policy review requirements to successfully allocate and facilitate the transfer of USN ship and aircraft made available for EDA--- Secret clearance--- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in International Affairs, Political Science, Business, or Engineering in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have:--- Experience working at a major headquarters staff level--- Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales and industry best practices--- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills--- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is requiredCreate Your Career:
