Position Overview • Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine services to adult patients • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions • Emphasize preventive care, wellness visits, and population health initiatives • Coordinate care with specialists, hospitalists, and ancillary services • Participate in shared call coverage • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR • Engage in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives Qualifications • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine • Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure • Active or eligible DEA registration • Strong clinical and communication skills • Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care Compensation & Benefits Compensation is open to discussion and commensurate with experience.
