We are currently seeking a skilled Multi-Specialty Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic Sales & Business Development team. This role requires a proactive and thoughtful approach to managing sales strategies across various therapeutics areas within the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring success in achieving sales targets. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and maximizing product reach and profitability. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing training and support to ensure excellence. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt as needed. Coordinate and collaborate with marketing and clinical affairs to optimize product positioning and promotion. Analyze market trends and sales data to inform strategic decisions. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Maintain contact with key clients and industry stakeholders to establish strong relationships and secure and expand future business opportunities. Proven strategic planning and sales management skills. Strong leadership capabilities and teamwork-oriented approach. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
