Carefully select and purchase groceries as per customer orders using the Instacart app. Coordinate efficiently with retail partners and maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and product availability. Deliver groceries within specified timeframes, ensuring optimal condition and order accuracy. Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining professional conduct and service. Handle and resolve customer issues relating to delivery or order specifics in real time. Adhere to all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record. Provide feedback to management on process improvements and customer interactions, helping refine delivery operations. Proficiency in using mobile devices and navigation software.
