They are seeking an exceptional Internal Medicine/Preventative Medicine Physician to sear as the Program Director for its Residency Program. Highlights of this permanent, full-time position include: Details For this Opportunity: -Internal Medicine and General Preventative Medicine. -Practice Structure: 70% teaching and administration, and 30% clinical work as a hospitalist. -Schedule: Monday through Friday -Duties of Position: Serve as the Program Director for a 4-year combined Internal and Preventative Medicine Residency program and 2-year Advanced Preventative Medicine Residency program. Ensure continuing accreditation of the program by understanding and complying with the (ACGME). Also, will serve as Principal Investigator for the HRSA Preventative Medicine Grant. -Position Requirements: Demonstrated experience in clinical education and leadership. Active Connecticut license or ability to obtain one.
