- Welding Operations Management:
- Oversee the setup, programming, and operation of robotic welding systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

- Training and Development:

- Safety and Compliance:

- Resource Management:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding operations, with a focus on robotic welding systems.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising and motivating teams.
- In-depth knowledge of welding processes, techniques, and equipment, including robotic welding systems (e.g., MIG, TIG, resistance welding).
- Proficiency in robotic programming languages and welding software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize processes.
