Duties include mowing, raking, weeding, pruning, edging, backpack blowing, and debris pickup. Qualifications Prior landscape experience preferred, but not required (we�ll train you!) Preferably has an insurable license (it�s okay if you don�t, it�s just great to have a back up driver) Enjoys working outdoors Can consistently lift between 25-50 lbs Has a positive, can-do attitude Doesn�t mind waking up early, and can show up on time for work each day Total Rewards At Monarch, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent.
