Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for two full-time Special Education Teachers to support high school students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in the Denver, CO area. The positions are on-site and offer a contract term through May 29, 2026, with a start date as soon as possible. Responsibilities include providing specialized instruction tailored to each student's unique learning needs, collaborating closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families, and developing, implementing, and monitoring IEP goals and accommodations. Active participation in IEP meetings and accurate data collection are integral to this role. Ideal candidates will hold an active Colorado Special Education teaching license. Experience working with high school students is preferred to effectively engage and support this age group. The workweek is 37.5 hours, allowing for a consistent schedule focused on direct student support and collaborative efforts.
