Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with bilingual skills for a short-term contract assignment in a preschool setting. This role supports young learners aged 3-5 years in a dynamic school environment located in Broomfield, CO, focusing on implementing behavior intervention plans to promote positive outcomes. Assignment Details: Location: Broomfield, CO Duration: March 30th, 2026 to April 24th, 2026 (1-month contract) Schedule: Morning session 7:50 AM 10:50 AM; Afternoon session 11:50 AM 2:50 PM Caseload: 17 students in the morning; 13 students in the afternoon Student Age: Preschool, ages 3-5 years Setting: School-based behavioral support program Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a behavior specialist Provide direct support to preschool students with diverse behavioral needs Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress Collaborate with educators and specialists to tailor interventions Utilize bilingual communication skills effectively with students and staff Desired Qualifications: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Bilingual proficiency to support diverse learners Experience working with preschool-aged children in educational settings Strong understanding of behavior intervention techniques Ability to manage time effectively across multiple sessions Benefits: Opportunity to apply specialized behavioral expertise in a supportive school environment Contract position with a clear start and end date Collaborative team setting focused on student growth and development Candidates interested in contributing their skills to this impactful role are encouraged to apply promptly for consideration.
