Encompass Health Littleton Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality care to patients as part of our renowned rehabilitation program. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver customized care plans, helping patients recover their strength and regain independence after various physical ailments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and knowledgeable in the latest nursing best practices. Assess patient condition by monitoring vital signs, performing physical examinations, and obtaining patient histories Create and manage patient care plans in collaboration with the therapy team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventative care Monitor recovery progress and make adjustments to the care plan as necessary Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on data from patient care activities Ensure compliance with all nursing and facility policies and regulations.
