Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. A full-time, onsite position in Springfield, MA, is available for a certified Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification to support student behavior programs in a school setting for the 20262027 academic year. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with educators and support staff. Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide data-driven recommendations. Train and support school personnel in behavior management techniques to promote positive student outcomes. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services. Ensure compliance with state and district policies related to behavior interventions. Qualifications and Experience: Active, Massachusetts-certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Proven experience working as a Behavior Specialist within school environments. Strong knowledge of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). Ability to maintain punctual attendance and reliable transportation for onsite responsibilities. Successful completion of required background checks, including fingerprinting and CORI. Must pass a drug screening prior to employment. Location and Schedule: Position based onsite at a school in Springfield, MA. Full-time contract role from August 2026 through June 2027.
