Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 52 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Summary: The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for quality and efficient completion of radiologic procedures for diagnostic interpretation. The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for providing patient education, quality patient care, and meeting all regulatory compliance Required Education/Licensure/Certification: - ARRT registration in Radiology (R). - Current BLS- AHA Certification required. Experience: - Prior experience as a practicing Radiologic Technologist, preferred. - Technologist will be encouraged to cross-train into other modalities including, but not limited to: CT, MRI, DEXA, and Mammography. - Effective Communication. - General knowledge of all Microsoft Office products. - Ability to learn and work with all electronic records including PACS and RIS/HIS “We are an equal opportunity employer.
