Job Duties and Responsibilities Boost Mobile is looking for a Staff Program Manager to help build and operate our 5G network across the US. The Staff Program Manager will be accountable for relationship management, evaluating performance, and managing contracts for vendors required to support DISH's nationwide 5G network deployment. This position will be a subject matter expert on the Purchase Order lifecycle, pre-construction services, and wireless deployment that supports our market teams to deliver a high-performance network infrastructure. The Staff Program Manager will have strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and use this knowledge to negotiate favorable terms with our vendors. This role will require some travel. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee pre-construction vendors, including governance, performance management, dispute resolution, and leadership escalations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to source services and products for network deployments, focusing on quality, schedule, and cost
- Manage strategic vendor partnerships for Architecture & Engineering, Leasing, Zoning & Permitting, and Utility Coordination
- Establish and maintain a vendor performance management system and communication plan
- Provide contract training and support for stakeholders, addressing contract disputes
- Manage high-profile, complex projects, communicate status and issues, develop contingency plans, and teach lessons learned
Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree preferred
- 6 + years of Wireless Network experience; especially in wireless infrastructure and large-scale programs
- 3 + years of site acquisition services, vendor management, tower portfolio management, and budget accountability
