Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of practice operations, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and facility management, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Manage administrative staff, clinical staff, and support personnel, providing leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to standardize practice operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize clinical workflows, streamline processes, and enhance patient satisfaction.

- Oversee billing and revenue cycle management processes, ensuring accurate coding, timely claim submission, and maximum reimbursement for services rendered.
