We are looking for a someone interested in to providing one on one aide for a patient in their home 20 - 25 hours per week. Schedule is flexible. #PIQ Responsibilities Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting. Assist with the patients' activities of daily living as well as personal care. Light housekeeping Meal preparation Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care. Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed. Maintain records and documentation of services.
