Responsibilities:

--- Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
--- Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
--- Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
--- Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
--- Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
--- This is a sales position, you will be responsible for filling your pipeline in addition to the estimates provided by the company's marketing efforts

Qualifications:

--- A bachelor's degree or high school diploma is preferred
--- Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
--- You must have driver's license and reliable vehicle
--- Should have working knowledge of a CRM
--- Experience preferred but not required willing to train the right person
