A successful receptionist will demonstrate the ability to perform the following duties for this position: greet clients and visitors and directing them to conference room or staff member's office. Manage incoming telephone calls for a department or organization, by obtaining caller's name, and forwarding call accordingly to appropriate person or takes a message. Work directly with the public by providing information and assistance to clients and customers. Answer inquiries for the general public, schedule appointments and maintain conference room schedule to ensure office support.
