We are currently hiring and Administrative Assistant to support our team of managers and sales professionals with their administrative needs. An individual in this role will provide invaluable support to our dynamic team and be the face of the company.



As our office's Administrative Assistant your duties will include: Answering a multi-line phone system, general correspondence, accurate order entry, demonstrating exemplary customer service to customers and clients, greeting individuals as they come in, and assisting with general sales support



Skills Must Include: A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing speed of 55 wpm, excellent written and verbal communication, and basic office skills (filing, data entry, familiarity with office equipment)



Education/Qualifications: High school diploma required, Associates Degree or higher preferred. Spanish language skills are a huge plus! We are looking for a qualified Administrative candidate who can maintain an organized workspace in the midst of a constantly changing work environment.
