We are looking for someone to join our team by supporting the entire office, 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule is preferred, and willingness to work early morning hours as well!



This office requires an outgoing and confident individual to balance the personalities on the team.



PAY RATE: Depending on experience - Up to $15 per hour to start



Some of the responsibilities and required experience includes:



- Follow up on timesheet submittals and staff expense reports

- Status updates on invoices from clients, managing invoice payments

- Answering phones

- Regular use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Accepting deliveries and arranging shipments, FedEx & UPS

- Booking travel

- Planning and Arranging company events and/or meetings

- Bookkeeping and ledger accounting experience, keeping asset register up to date

- Internal account reconciliation

- Sales Tax administration; track requirements for clients

- Project related purchasing

- Handling communication with suppliers, entering supplier invoices

- Liaison with departments out of the country
