As the Administrative Assistant you will be supporting a team of managers with their daily administrative needs, answering phones, general correspondence, and customer service to customers and clients. Education/Qualifications:

High school diploma required, Associate?s Degree or higher preferred.

Spanish speaking is a huge plus.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Polite phone etiquette on a multi-line phone system. Basic office/clerical tasks.

Ability to multi-task, outgoing and pleasant demeanor.
