A local Pueblo based company is seeking a dynamic Administrative Professional who will provide important support to a management team, as well as presenting a professional face for the company to the diverse client?le passing through the front doors every day.



Skills/Responsibilities:

*Basic office/clerical tasks including filing, data entry and use of office equipment such as fax machine/copier/printer

*General accounting responsibilities including AR and AP

*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

*40 WPM typing speed or better

*Polite phone etiquette on a multi-line phone system

*Clear communication skills, both written and verbal



Education/Qualifications:

*High school diploma required, Associates Degree preferred

*1 or more year(s) administrative experience
