Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development: - Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems, incorporating Angular and React for front-end development.
- Provide technical leadership in the selection and implementation of full-stack technologies.
- Technology Mastery:
- Leverage your extensive experience with JavaScript (Node.js, Express), Python, Angular, and React to architect and implement complex solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into our technical stack.
- Team Collaboration:
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
- Performance Optimization:
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and system optimizations.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
- Innovation and Problem Solving:
- Drive innovation within the development team, exploring novel approaches to improve efficiency and functionality.
- Tackle complex challenges related to AI integration, data processing, and full-stack development.
Qualifications:
- Over 7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on JavaScript (Node.js, Express), Python, Angular, and React.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable backend systems and responsive front-end applications.
- In-depth knowledge of backend frameworks and RESTful API development.
- Extensive experience in database design and management, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker).
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to drive technical excellence within the team. Education:
