Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE - -

We are looking for a learning consultant with experience facilitating leadership development programs and events to leaders and executives. The ideal candidate must be able to establish rapport and credibility with leaders and executives, earning their trust and respect. This entails excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and understanding of leadership concerns and priorities. Moreover, the facilitator should be well-versed in adult learning principles, understanding how adults learn best and tailoring their approach accordingly. They must create an engaging and supportive learning environment, encouraging participation and discussion while promoting a sense of safety and openness among participants.

The ideal candidate should be adaptable to both in-person and virtual settings, leveraging technology like Zoom effectively to facilitate engaging and interactive sessions. This position also collaborates in the design of leadership development programs. Overall, this role demands an engaging and skilled facilitator who can collaborate effectively with peers, leaders and executives to create and deliver leadership development to healthcare leaders and executives across our ministry.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - -
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -
Required Education and Experience -Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, - Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field or four years of additional experience as a practitioner experience is - required -
Master's Degree in related field is highly preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION - -
Five (5) - seven (7) years of learning and organizational - development related experience in a large, multi-site, - geographically dispersed organization. - -
Prior external or internal consulting, individual assessment, - engagement, organization design and organization - development, performance improvement, whole systems or - large scale change, measurement and analysis background is - highly preferred.
Required Licensure and CertificationsCertifications in leadership development/teaching, coaching, change, - individual and organizational assessment, and other related programs - is preferred. Examples include Crucial Conversations, Myers-Briggs - Type Indicator, Birkman Assessment, KornFerry Voices 360 - Assessment.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training


  • Demonstrated organization development skills with the ability to transfer the skill to others and sustain OD efforts. OD may - include organization design, change leadership, centralization, - formation of a new function or department, and executive - coaching. -
  • Able to access, research, and recommend client solutions from - the L&OD standardized offerings (OD and online curricula, courses, and learning modules) -
  • Able to generate Learning Management System reports for - L&OD internal and project related needs. -
  • Demonstrated experience preparing the outline and - appropriate content depth and breadth, for the intended - audience, for scalable online learning courses with multiple - learning modules. -
  • By project, proactively identifies and recommends the - retirement of redundant offerings and improvements to - current offerings based on measurable effectiveness and - feedback. -
  • Able to diagnose why a team is not performing up to - expectations, conduct a root cause analysis, and identify key - opportunities and solutions. Able to lead the design and - implementation of a complex, multi-phase OD solution. Able to - manage multiple stakeholders and multiple levels of - intervention simultaneously. -
  • Advanced consultative skills able to adapt to a variety of - audiences including executives, physicians, business and other -formal and informal leaders. Able to contract successfully with - stakeholders to ensure buy in and ownership. -
  • Able to partner with HR leaders to design enterprise-wide - solutions that meet current business needs and build future - capacity. -
  • Ability to inspire action among diverse population with multiple - perspectives without direct authority; handle resistance and - conflict constructively. - -
  • Advanced interpersonal skills necessary in order to collaborate - with all levels of the organization and operate across a diverse - health care delivery environment. This consultant supports - relationship building between all program constituents. -
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, give and receive feedback to - and from all levels or the organization in a manner consistent - with our Mission and Values. -
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate the resolution of conflict - across departments or stakeholder groups within politically - charged or high-stake environments. -
  • Project management skills required to support program design - and implementation across the enterprise. Must be able to - manage risk and ambiguity, define scope, and manage multiple - priorities and client expectations to meet program objectives. -
  • Business acumen, systems thinker; understands how talent - enables business to grow and achieve goals. -
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - required. Must be able to translate complex concepts and - problems into verbal and written presentations. - -
  • Must have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office - applications, and experience with delivering virtual learning - events.
