- Setting: Hospital-based practice
- Average # of reads per physician per day: 40
- Onsite coverage only.
- Total # of Beds: 39
- Trauma Level: 3
- No supervision is required.
- 2 Mammo exam rooms & 2 us exam rooms onsite.
- Lab is offsite.
- Physical exams are performed with mammography.
- Work-related computers/PACS systems: Hologic Securevie
- Required Procedures:
- Mammography: MQSA Certified & Digital.
- Preferred Procedures:
- General Radiology - Bone Density Scan (Dexa Scan), Mammography Interventional - Needle Localization, stereotactic biopsies, Breast ultrasound biopses, Breast MRI biopsies, Fine needle localization, Ultrasound - General, Aspiration/Drainage, & MRI - Breast MRI.
- Work-related computers/PACS systems: Hologic Secureview
- Expectant daily activity:
- 3 ABUS daily M-F
- 10 DEXA daily M & T
- 7 US daily M-TH
- 2 MRI daily M -TH
- 15 Screenings daily M-F
- 5 Diagnostics Daily M-TH
- 1-2 US guided biopsies daily M-TH
- 2 Stereotactic biopsies monthly
- 1-2 MRI guided biopsies monthly Requirements
- Board Certified Radiology
- Active CO License - HIGHLY PREFERRED, Must be willing to obtain.
- Must disclose the # of years of Epic Experience and the Last MM/YYYY provider used EPIC
- Clean Malpractice/Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- COVID VACCINATED
- LOQ of MQSA
- Must meet MQSA standards
- MQSA Guidelines: Must have 940 mammo reads within the last 2 years(-40 per month) Support Staff
- 2 Rad techs, 1.5 Nurse Navigator, 1 Sonographer, 1 front desk, 1 coordinator, 1 supervisor, 1 RN manager. EMR
