Responsible for troubleshooting complex network and firewall related issues. Daily monitoring of security infrastructure, security logs and tools and be responsive to the automatic alerts to prevent outages. Maintain and optimize security monitoring and alerting system in Solar Winds. Continuously update vulnerability patches and work with vendor for security related recommendations. Collaborate with Information Security & Compliance team to assess, recommend and develop network infrastructure security initiatives. Provide technical leadership and expertise in escalations, P1-P3 incident response tickets. Continuous improvements - participates in Problem Management, post-mortems, root cause analysis and accelerate/advance the resolution of incidents impacting the Critical Production Environment & pro-longing escalations. Global Network Solutions, Projects and Technology: Contribute to exciting global projects - site buildouts, new acquisitions, new technology deployments, technology refreshes, etc. Stabilize newly deployed cutting edge network security solutions Assist with business engagement/stakeholder communications for new deployments or continuous improvement initiatives. Candidate needs to be comfortable with collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
