6-month Help Desk Contract Hybrid in Golden, CO, Mon - Thurs in office, Fridays remote Candidates must already be local - Open US Citizen or Permanent Residents NOTE - We are NOT able to sponsor nor are we partnering with 3rd party agencies, thank you for understanding Our government agency client in Golden, CO is seeking a 6-month contract resource to assist on their IT Help Desk. DCS offers medical, dental, vision and ancillary accident insurance as well as paid sick time for our contractors! Responsibilities -

• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Qualifications - At least 1 year of helpdesk experience that should include ability to:
  • Answer call center phones in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.
  • Open a ticket for support and provide that support once trained.
  • Create new and disable old network user accounts
  • Update Microsoft exchange information
  • Work tickets assigned in the queue and assist with assigning tickets to others in the team.
  • Must be very customer service oriented, enjoy working with users to solve their issues over the phone primarily and in person when assigned.
  • Adept at asking questions to better support the user with process and procedures.
  • Must be a team player.
