Responsibilities:

--- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
--- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
--- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
--- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
--- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
--- Implement effective strategies for lead generation and client expansion through various channels.
--- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals, preferences, and financial considerations
--- Perform accurate property valuations and provide insightful market analyses to guide client decisions
--- Develop and execute marketing plans, utilizing traditional and digital channels for optimal property exposure
--- Skillfully negotiate terms and oversee transactions from offer acceptance to closing.
--- Build strong, lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalized attention.

Qualifications:

--- At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
--- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
--- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
--- Show a track record of real estate success
--- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
