DescriptionThe Superintendent - Multifamily Construction is responsible for: - Run/manage project from start to finish
- Oversee full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinate to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
- Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
- Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.ProfileA successful Superintendent - Multifamily Construction has the following skill set:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Construction-related course from a vocational or technical program
- 7+ years experience with construction of large commercial and industrial buildings.
- Construction management capabilities, with experience working with multiple trades in union and non-union environments.
- Familiarity of the design/build process and ability to coordinate people and activities related to construction according to plan and design intent.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
