We are currently looking for aFacility Maintenance Supervisor in one of the fastest growing companies at their Aurora, COfacility.This Facility Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for driving functional problem solving, innovations and process improvement of assets, processes, and technology. You will provide support and expertise for asset management team, to ensure machine availability, reliability, and performance by executing the maintenance plan for utilities and the facility supporting assets. Thisis an amazing opportunity to join a high-growth organization and pave the way for future career advancement within the company.Your Day-to-DayDirect Supervisor of a team of Mechanics and Ammonia OperatorProvides leadership and support to the Plant Maintenance Manager around functions of key utilities within the plant.Support breakdown elimination standard work practices and ensure action items are implemented.Responsible for creating a schedule to ensure alignment of resources to reduce Meant Time To Repair (MTTR), while managing overtime and vacation coverage for the teamsConduct team member performance appraisalsResponsible for coaching and teaching technicians in maintenance standards, and continuously identify opportunities to improve standards to drive out losses.Responsible for maintaining a Safe and secure work environment. Including correcting unsafe acts / conditionsEnsures all maintenance activities are tracked and documented within the CMMS SystemMonitor work activities to make sure they comply with established Standards, practices, and procedures.Responsible for maintaining facility contracts and vendor agreements for all utilities supporting the facility.Understands the management of Quality Systems and is familiar with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices which help ensure the safety within the workplace and the production of a safe and quality product(s)What You Bring to the Team7+ industrial Mechanical experience or two-year technical degree preferred.Experience working with CMMSPossess a fundamental understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics, HVAC and mechanical drawings to solve problems in a timely manner at the component level on all assigned equipment.Must be able to troubleshoot and repair semi complex mechanical machinery to include pumps, fans, HVAC Units, Boilers, Plumbing/Drains, Ammonia Systems, Electrical, and general grounds requirements.Experience in Leading and supervision of teamsMust have a flexible schedule.Must be willing to work overtime including weekends if necessary.Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skillsWorking knowledge of ammonia and freon refrigeration systems More...
