Bring your expertise to a collaborative environment that emphasizes patient-centered care for our nation's Veterans. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver primary and acute care services to veteran patients in an outpatient setting
- Provide same day care and coverage for other PACT providers as needed
- Collaborate with mid-level providers (Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants)
- Demonstrate clinical competence in history-taking, examination, diagnosis, therapeutic ability, emergencies, patient management, consultations, and record keeping
- Participate in Process Improvement/Quality Assurance projects and other administrative duties
- Maintain patient treatment records and compliance with VA healthcare documentation standards
- Engage performance measures and process improvement initiatives
- Foster collaboration with supervisory and frontline staff to improve clinic operations
- Experience or interest in Women s Health preferred

Benefits and Features: - Salary Range: $270,000 $315,000
