Job Description Facey Medical Group is seeking an Endocrinologist to join their collaborative and physician-centered team in Mission Hills, California . This friendly community practice is dedicated to providing high-quality care, evaluating and treating patients for diabetes, thyroid diseases, metabolic disorders, bone loss. Join a supportive and patient-focused environment while making a meaningful impact in healthcare in Southern California. 1:5 call, occasional in-person hospital call when needed Full-Time position; 4.5 days with Admin time Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (please consult with loan servicer for eligibility requirements) Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, and time off/vacation Attractive base salary and bonus program This 90% outpatient role involves treating all endocrinology cases as well as metabolic disorders, new consultations, and follow up visits Open to new graduates Compensation is between $280,000.00 and $300,000.00 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
