Job Description Job Tittle :: Physician Location: Marysville, 43040, OH Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 40 hours per week Duration: Minimum 6-month contract Shift: Day shift (flexible start/end times based on facility needs) Weekends/Holidays: Not required On-call: Not required Job Responsibilities The Physician will provide primary care services, evaluate and treat patients, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include: • Collaborate with intra- and interdepartmental staff to deliver patient care using nationally recognized treatment standards. • Document patient care activities using an electronic health record (EHR) system. • Conduct patient examinations and prepare clinical evaluations and reports. • Order and interpret diagnostic tests. • Manage and prescribe medications as appropriate. • Complete reclassifications and clinical reviews as required. • Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare providers when necessary. • Perform duties in accordance with professional scope of practice, clinical policies, and healthcare standards. • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) meetings and peer review activities. • Engage in collaborative care agreements when required. Caseload: Up to 2.5 patients per hour Required Qualifications • Doctoral Degree (MD or DO) in Medicine • Valid State Medical License • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in one of the following: o Internal Medicine o Family Medicine o Emergency Medicine • Experience in Primary Care Required Certifications • Healthcare-professional level BLS/CPR certification • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification • Copy of Board Certification More...
