This position offers the unique opportunity to work across a spectrum of specialized areas including emergency medicine, hospital medicine, critical care, anesthesiology, and acute psychiatry. The successful candidate will provide exemplary healthcare services during overnight or weekend shifts, ensuring continuous quality care for our patients. Provide patient care with adherence to all relevant policies and procedures. Support various departments such as ER, critical care, and anesthesiology based on need and specialization. Document all patient interactions and decisions accurately and comprehensively. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments. Participate in the training of residents and medical students. Strong clinical skills in one or more of the following areas: emergency medicine, hospital medicine, critical care, anesthesiology, or acute psychiatry. Ability to work independently and make accurate, timely decisions. Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail. Strong ability to work under pressure and react effectively to urgent situations.
