Job Description Company Description Collins Psychological Therapy is a solo private practice that provides in office and remote psychotherapy for individuals and adults. Dr. Collins is the sole provider and also offers Equine Therapy as an adjunct therapy for her clients. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Remote Assistant at Collins Psychological Therapy & Consulting, Inc., located in San Diego, CA. The role involves offering administrative support to the clinical psychology practice of Dr. Linda Collins which may include scheduling appointments and managing client communications. Additionally this assistant role will include updating client forms on a client support platform and developing and promoting services on social media platforms. The assistant may support in-person workshops at a Mission Valley office and at a horse farm where Equine Therapy and related workshops are offered. Most responsibilities can be completed remotely, while occasional in-person work may be required. This position is an independent contractor position and will begin with a 90 day probationary period to determine the number of monthly hours needed. The position will start with 10-15 hours per month at $20 per hour. Weekly brief zoom meetings to coordinate tasks and track task completion will be required. Qualifications Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients. Ability to take initiative and propose and develop social media marketing content. Experience with developing Google doc forms and updating forms on a client support platform. Familiarity with patient care processes and maintaining confidentiality.
