Job Description Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Martinez, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Duration: 14 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Minimum 1 year HH experience in the last 3 years. 3 days visiting patients (5 visits a day) and 2 days of phone triage. Basic assessment and reporting an SBAR to the practitioner or MD with results of visits. CA RN Lic, Valid Driver's license, clean driving record Common Equipment & Charting System: Clinic charting. no OASIS. Coverage Area: Will work onsite in Martinez and visit patients in their homes, SNFs or Assisted Living.
