As an RN First Assistant (RNFA) for Community Health Partners' Urology team, you'll play a vital role in the surgical environment, collaborating directly with surgeons and care teams to support exceptional outcomes and patient experiences. - Provide intraoperative support under the direct supervision of the surgeon, assisting with surgical exposure, hemostasis, and other technical functions to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Function as a Scrub Nurse or Circulating Nurse when not serving as the RNFA, maintaining readiness to support surgical cases across multiple specialties. - Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to uphold safety, sterile technique, and evidence-based best practices in every procedure. - Contribute to the overall efficiency of the surgical team by anticipating surgeon and patient needs while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
