Doctor of Medicine | Hematology and Oncology Location: Oregon Employer: Barton Associates Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Hematology and Oncology MD in Oregon! We are seeking a board-certified Hematologist/Oncologist Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon, starting Apr 6, 2026. This role involves managing a diverse patient panel in a clinic setting, including active treatments and follow-up care, working 8-hour shifts. The Physician will also participate in a call schedule once a week and one weekend per month. Responsibilities and Duties Manage existing and new patient caseloads in a clinic setting. Conduct 3-month, 6-month, and year follow-ups. Administer active treatments for oncology and hematology patients (approximately 70% oncology, 30% hematology). Participate in call coverage once a week. Provide weekend call coverage one weekend per month. Additional Information Required Board Certifications: Hematology and Medical Oncology. EMR System: Epic. The client will consider providers who specialize strictly in oncology. Ability to perform bone marrow biopsies is a bonus, though not required.
