Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Castro Valley, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,779 per week Shift Information: Nights - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position The MS/Tele Registered Nurse provides direct patient care to adults with diverse medical conditions and those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care, monitoring patients’ conditions, and responding to changes in health status using telemetry equipment. Requirements Education: ADN or BSN in Nursing (BSN preferred). License: Active RN license (state-specific). Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent MS/Tele or acute care experience. Skills: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting cardiac rhythms.
