This position ensures quality care, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination between departments during assigned shifts. Key Responsibilities: Supervise nursing and support staff during assigned shifts. Monitor patient care delivery to ensure adherence to facility policies and clinical standards. Act as the primary resource for staff in managing emergencies and resolving issues. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Coordinate with department heads to maintain efficient facility operations.
