Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel ICU Registered Nurse – Travel Location: Napa, CA Pay: $2,373/week Shift: Night 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Contract Length: 13 weeks Job Details: - Unit: ICU (20-bed unit) - Patient Ratios: 1:2 (Days/Nights/Weekends) - Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics - Daily Census: Approximately 10 patients - Charting System: Epic - Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital (200 staffed beds) - Scheduling: Self-scheduling - Weekend Requirement: Every other or every third weekend - Floating: Required between like units - On-call: Required - Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off once every two weeks - Parking: Free Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of ICU experience - Active California RN license (must be in hand) - BLS and ACLS required - NIHSS required - Experience caring for ventilated patients - Ability to manage critical ICU patient populations Preferred Experience: - CVICU, MICU, SICU, Neuro ICU - CRRT (Prismaflex), EVD - CABG, IABP, Impella - Stroke, TBI, Sepsis, Respiratory Failure • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
