Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Local Contract RCM is looking for school based Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team!/n /n/t - Location: Moreno, CA/n/t - Location Type: On-Site/n/t - Schedule: Full Time/n/t - Approx Hours: 35/n/t - Grade/Age Levels: Kindergarten; Elementary School; Middle School; High School/n/t - Caseload Information: K-12th-grade for evaluations and direct services./n /nEssential Duties:/n/n /n/t - Administering standardized assessment tests within their professional scope of practice/n/t - Presenting diagnostic findings completely and accurately/n/t - Writing evaluation reports with technical accuracy/n/t - Seeking out appropriate information from medical and/or other resources as needed to implement treatment strategies/n/t - Developing theoretically sound plans describing objectives and procedures for treatment/n/t - Selecting appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities for age and ability of the person served/n/t - Giving clear concise instructions in presenting materials and/or techniques in therapy/n/t - Recording and tracking daily progress accurately/n/t - Providing accurate and immediate feedback to the client and/or family/n/t - Planning for discharge of the person served/n/t - Attending Transdisciplinary Team Approach (TTA) meetings, IFSP’s, Periodic Reviews, Annual Reviews and Transition meetings as required/n/t - Fulfilling Team Lead duties for a select number of children on assigned caseload/n /n /nRequirements: /n• Graduate from a Speech Pathology program /n• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in CA /n• School Experience Preferred /n• Must have AAC experience /n /nBenefits offered for full-time employees are outlined below:/n/n /n/t - Pay $50-$70 per hour /n/t - Medical insurance/n/t - Dental insurance/n/t - Vision insurance/n/t - Life insurance/n/t - Short Term Disability insurance/n/t - 401k /n /n Rcm HealthCare Travel Job ID 263036.
