Your Role & Impact As a Dentist at TrueCare, you’ll provide comprehensive dental services and preventive education to patients of all ages. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise dental assistants, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. You’ll also support clinical operations, mentor students, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR system. What We’re Looking For - License from the State of California as Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) - Current BLS certification through American Heart Association - X-Ray License - Minimum 6 months of experience as a practicing Dentist - Available to work a Saturday rotation - Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish), 2–3 years of experience, familiarity with community health center regulations Why Join Us We’re a mission-driven healthcare organization committed to making quality care accessible for everyone. The pay range for this role is $155,000 - $270,000 on an annual basis Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience.
