This role focuses on expanding our reach and securing new business partnerships across varied sectors in the United States, Europe, and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive sales and understand client needs, leveraging UniFirst’s extensive range of customized uniform and facility service programs to meet those needs effectively. Identify and target potential new clients within assigned regions, initiating contact and developing relationships. Analyze customer needs and develop tailored proposals that offer UniFirst solutions to help businesses enhance their image and safety standards. Navigate through the sales cycle, including prospect qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and deploy targeted strategies that heighten brand visibility and market penetration. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes to effectively consult clients and exceed sales goals. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, coordinating closely with the customer service and account management teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.
