Safely transport food and non-food items to various customer locations within a local route. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory requirements. Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all items are properly secured and handled with care. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, mileage, and fuel consumption. Provide excellent customer service at delivery points, representing Sysco with professionalism. Adhere strictly to scheduled routes and delivery times. Report any vehicle issues or incidents encountered on the road to management promptly. Strong driving ability with a focus on safety and efficiency. Excellent time management to adhere to predefined delivery schedules. Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, pulling and managing heavy materials.
