Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ($290,000 – $300,000) Incentive bonus plan Health, dental, vision, retirement, vacation, and CME benefits Malpractice insurance coverage Loan repayment opportunities (NHSC eligible) Sign-on bonus Responsibilities Deliver outpatient care including physical exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, and documentation Support and participate in quality assurance, improvement, and utilization review programs Provide supervision and training for patient care staff and clinical team members Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures for optimal patient outcomes Offer consultation services as needed, including telephone accessibility Engage in professional development through ongoing education, workshops, and literature review Participate actively in internal and external meetings to enhance patient services Qualifications Current California Medical License; Board Eligible or Board Certified DEA license and current CPR certification Master’s degree in a medical field (MD/DO accepted) Preferred Bilingual English/Spanish Experience with community health centers, managed care, and public assistance programs Familiarity with EMR systems (NextGen preferred) More...
