Safely transport hotel guests to and from the airport, local attractions, and other designated locations. Assist guests with boarding and debarking the shuttle while ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Maintain cleanliness and operational functionality of the shuttle bus by conducting regular vehicle checks. Stay informed of local traffic and weather conditions to provide the most efficient routes. Offer friendly and helpful service, answering guest queries about the local area and hotel services. Handle guest possessions with care during loading and unloading.
