This position is pivotal in providing seamless transportation services to our guests, enhancing their experience by ensuring safe, timely, and friendly travel to and from various local destinations. The ideal candidate will exhibit a commitment to service excellence and a deep understanding of vehicle safety and guest interactions, aligned with Marriott's high standards of quality and innovation. Operate shuttle services between the hotel, airports, and other predetermined destinations with punctuality and safety. Greet and assist guests with their luggage and answer queries regarding the hotel facilities and local attractions. Conduct daily safety inspections of the shuttle vehicle and maintain cleanliness and fuel levels. Adhere to all local traffic and driving regulations. Maintain accurate travel logs and report any vehicle maintenance issues to management. Ensure the overall satisfaction of all passengers, providing exceptional customer service as a proud representative of Marriott International.
