Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of hotel systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to ensure operational efficiency. Respond promptly to maintenance issues and guest service requests. Coordinate with the management team to prioritize maintenance and repair tasks. Keep accurate records of maintenance work undertaken and inventory used. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Participate in the training of junior staff and support team-building initiatives. Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
